The Stamtec OCP one-point gap frame press (a.k.a. OBG, OBS, OBI, or C-frame) is designed for stamping small parts at high single-stroking rates or in continuous mode, using either blanks or coil stock. The OCP metal stamping press provides all the features you expect to find in a world-class press, at a very competitive price, backed by a three-year (calendar-based) warranty without limitation.

Stamtec LF1-Series Forging Presses are ideal for sheet materials in Cold Forging, Drawing, Fine Blanking, Near-Net-Shaping (Net shape) and Press Forging. LF1-Series Presses are suitable for light compound materials such as magnesium, aluminum, or sheet steel, and high-tension steels.

With Stamtec’s Servo Motor Drive Technology, the standard electric motor, flywheel, and clutch/brake are replaced with a high-torque, low-rpm servo motor. Proprietary servo press controls specifically designed for the servo press to achieve a wide variety of stroke lengths and slide movement profiles, while supplying full working energy capacity even at low speeds. This allows the user to perform a wide variety of jobs in one press (e.g. drawing, re-strike, warm forming, etc.) and easily adapt to automation and feed applications. In addition, user-defined motion curves allow up to 20 various segments in a cycle curve, defined by slide position, speed, and pause duration parameters.

The SmartPAC PRO Servo uses an accurate magnetostrictive linear position sensor to monitor the ram position. The graphical user interface for die protection and programmable cams in the SmartPAC PRO for mechanical presses is maintained by dividing the downstroke from 0° to 180° and the upstroke from 180° to 360°.

The ShopFloorConnect software works in conjunction with the ShopFloorConnect Machine Interface (SMI 2) to automatically detect when your machines are running, when they are stopped, and the number of parts they produce. The SMIs send this information to the ShopFloorConnect software over your existing Ethernet in real time.
